Cityscapes classes
Teacher: Sheila Denaburg
This course is for beginners and advanced students alike.
Locations will be in downtown sites like Kensington market, St lawrence Market Area, the Distillery district, Harbour Front, Yorkville, Dundas/Yonge Square etc.
10am to 1pm Tuesday and Thursdays from June through September
Students can sign up for:
1 class for $30
5 classes for $125
10 classes for $225
Materials list:
• sketch pad 8" x10" or larger
• pencils 6B or softer
• pen and ink
• charcoal
• coloured pencils
• erasers
• pastels
• utility knife
if you want to do water colours please bring water colours and watercolour paper and a small container for water, a folding chair and easel optional
This course will open you up not only to our wonderful city but to seeing Toronto in a whole new way. You will have a chance to explore drawing, painting and mark making in a non judgemntal environment. You will develop your own style and interpretation of what has been around you but which you may not have really seen before.
Discover The Artist Within
Teacher: Sheila Denaburg
Through journaling, drawing, painting, storytelling, movement and discussion participants will explore their own creative self, they will use some of the exercises from "The Artist's Way" and "Life, Paint and Passion" among others.
Students can sign up for:
10 classes for $200
Materials Fee:
$5 per class
